Automotive Lot AttendantCompany: Stoneham FordWork Location: Stoneham Truck Equipment – 3 Dunham Road, Billerica, MA 01821Compensation: $19 – $23 per hour (based on experience) Stoneham Ford is growing and looking to add a full-time Automotive Lot Attendant to our Stoneham Truck Equipment division in Billerica. Responsibilities:• Maintain a neat, organized, and presentable vehicle lot• Move and park vehicles as directed by the manager• Stock in new vehicles into the system• Install and remove plows on trucks as needed• Brush snow off multiple vehicles during winter months• Safely drive and park large commercial vehicles• Answer incoming phone calls from dealership personnel and customers, and direct them appropriately• Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications:• Ability to follow directions and work independently• Clear and valid driver’s license• Clean driving record• Must meet company insurability requirements for operating vehicles• Positive, team-oriented attitude• Strong communication skills; comfortable speaking with customers and staff• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements:• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the lot for extended periods• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed• Ability to safely operate and maneuver large commercial vehicles• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive motions when installing or removing plows Schedule:• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Compensation & Benefits:• $19 – $23 per hour, based on experience• Medical and Dental insurance• 401(k) plan• Paid time off and vacation• Growth opportunities• Paid training• Employee vehicle purchase plans• Family-owned and operated environment• Long-term job security• Discounts on products and services Legal Disclaimers (Massachusetts-Compliant):Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO):Stoneham Ford is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
