We’re looking for an energetic Automotive Customer Service Representative (CSR) / BDC Internet Sales Representative to assist online and phone customers, answer inquiries, and schedule quality appointments for our sales team. If you enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable communicating by phone, email, and digital channels, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career. Full training provided. What You’ll Do:• Respond quickly and professionally to internet and phone leads from our website and third-party sources• Make outbound follow-up calls, emails, and texts to customers who have shown interest in a vehicle or service• Ask discovery questions to understand customer needs and guide them to the next step• Set and confirm appointments for customers to visit the showroom or speak with a sales consultant• Coordinate appointment schedules and hand-offs with the sales team• Document all customer interactions and updates accurately within the CRM system• Provide basic product and promotion information such as features, availability, and pricing• Follow up with recent visitors and past customers to ensure satisfaction and generate additional leads• Meet or exceed daily and monthly goals for customer contacts, follow-ups, and appointments set What We’re Looking For:• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required• Previous automotive BDC, call center, or sales experience preferred• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills• Strong follow-up, time-management, and relationship-building skills• Friendly, outgoing personality and a professional demeanor• Comfortable learning CRM systems, web-based tools, and basic Microsoft Office• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven• Ability to work some evenings and weekend days• Reliable transportation• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Physical & Work Environment Requirements:• Ability to sit, type, and talk on the phone for extended periods• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment• Ability to manage multiple types of customer communication simultaneously Compensation & Benefits:• $20–$26 per hour base pay (depending on experience)• Commission and bonus opportunities based on performance• Health and dental insurance• 401(k) plan• Paid training and ongoing coaching• Family-owned and operated since 1927• Positive work environment with very low turnover• Opportunities for advancement into sales, BDC leadership, or management About Stoneham Ford:Stoneham Ford is a long-established, family-owned dealership known for exceptional customer satisfaction and strong employee retention.
