Required Skills
8 years of ServiceNow development experience
Experience with US Federal/Government projects (Public Trust eligible)
Strong experience with CMDB, HAM, SAM, IT data integrity
Experience leading architecture, design, and technical discussions
ServiceNow scripting, workflows, automation
REST & SOAP integrations with third-party systems
SAML, LDAP, Active Directory integrations
Web technologies: HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, JavaScript, Angular, Java/.NET/PHP
ServiceNow Modules Experience
ITSM | ITOM | ITBM | CSM | SecOps | GRC | HRSD
Preferred Certifications
CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM/CSM/Discovery/Service Mapping/SAM/HAM/APM/SPM), ITIL v4
