Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pega Business Analyst to join our team and support end-to-end Pega project implementations. The BA will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into Pega features, and ensure successful delivery of business solutions.
Responsibilities:
Act as the liaison between business users and the technical team to capture, document, and validate requirements.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into detailed Pega specifications (User Stories, Use Cases, BRDs, FRDs).
Collaborate with Pega architects, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented.
Support Pega application configuration, workflow design, and process automation initiatives.
Assist in solution design reviews, testing strategy, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, Pega best practices, and project governance.
Provide status updates, create documentation, and support training and change management as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 3 years on Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) projects.
Strong knowledge of Pega platform capabilities (Case Management, BPM, Decisioning, UI, and Integration).
Hands-on experience creating User Stories, Business Process Flows, and Use Cases in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with Pega tools such as Designer Studio, Case Designer, and Dev Studio.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to bridge business and technical teams.
Preferred: Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) or Certified System Architect (CSA).
Nice to Have:
Exposure to digital transformation projects, cloud-based Pega solutions, or large-scale implementations.
Knowledge of integration with APIs, web services, or external systems.
Domain expertise in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecom.
