Murex Configuration and Environment Manager

Have and provide a production overview across the bank o Be the central point of contact to provide an overview of the production health for technology o Proactively monitor the environment at a top level for abnormalities using telemetry and perform more focused investigations when necessary o Correlate cross-stream issues/events

Run and support incident management o Actively manage all SEV 1 to 3 Major Incidents o Overview of all SEV 4s, their current state and related escalations o Trends and abnormal volumes of SEV 5s and unstructured requests o Manage SEV 4 incidents when they have the potential to escalate

Control and ensure the quality of incident communications o Have an overview of all incident notifications released o Be accountable for the content of all major incident notifications o Provide quality content for cross-stream major incident notifications o Be accountable for the quality and hygiene of all stream incident notifications

Run and support Mission Control Command & Control activities o Be aware of the change portfolio / activities and communicate these effectively o Understand the effect of significant client environment events, financial events and market news

Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with functional counterparts of the other Technology Services Degree in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology Engineering (or related discipline) Preferred

At least 2 years of experience in a CI/CD environment

Proficiency in CI tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps and others.

Strong understanding of version control systems such as GIT.

Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc)

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to train and mentor team members.

Knowledge of technical machine specifications

Knowledge of XML manipulation

Knowledge of UNIX Operation

Knowledge of RDMS Operation

Understanding of the Financial market.

Strong working knowledge of Murex Configuration and Environment management

Strong knowledge of scheduler software (e.g. Tidal, Autosys, JAMS, ...etc.)

Good understanding of MXTest

Good product knowledge/understanding in IRD, CRD, EQD, FXD

Good understanding of Workflows, Operations, Fixings process, Confirmations, and Trade Life Cycle

Strong functional and technical understanding of Murex

Good knowledge of the different post-trade interactions between the various actors of capital markets including service providers

previous experience, min 2yrs, with Murex Environment management

MXTest Module (a plus)

Must have strong personality, logical and analytical skills

Be detailed-oriented, a quick learner and self-starter

Possess good verbal and written communication skills

Must have strong organization skills

Good SQL, Unix , Scripting , Sybase and Oracle skills

Understanding of Test management

Understanding of Trade life cycle
