Title: Engineering Manager Agent Software Engineer
Location: New York City, NY (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Type: Full-time

Hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Agent Software Engineering team building enterprise-grade conversational AI agents across chat, email, and voice. This role combines hands-on technical depth with people leadership, owning AI agent delivery end-to-end and working closely with enterprise customers.

Requirements:

5 years of engineering management experience

10 years of software engineering experience

Strong Python and TypeScript

Experience with async systems and debugging deep tech stacks

Comfortable working onsite in NYC

Startup mindset; ownership and autonomy driven
