Position: Chat bot LLM- QA Lead
Location: Costamesa, CA (Onsite)
Job Description
• Serve as the primary point of contact for testing-related discussions onshore
• Define test strategies, scope, and objectives in alignment with project requirements.
• Identify test scenarios, create test plans, and estimate effort required.
• Ensure alignment of testing efforts with business and technical stakeholders.
• Actively participate in test case design, execution, and defect tracking with the use of GenAI.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and automation testing as needed.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage based on system requirements.
• Log, track, and analyze defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to triage issues efficiently.
• Provide detailed test execution and defect reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure smooth execution across time zones.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers in the testing process.
• Proactively suggest mitigations and escalate critical issues as necessary.
