Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily schedule for multiple dental providers
- Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on patient appointments
- Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
- Coordinate patient flow to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and insurance information
- Collaborate with front office and clinical staff to optimize scheduling
Qualifications:
- Previous dental or medical office experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Sales experience
