Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage phone calls
- Communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal team members
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Learn and update information in Rent Manager software
- Assist with managing and updating company social media accounts
- Provide general administrative and office support
