Known for our hop-forward beers and diverse portfolio of styles, we continue to invest in our production capabilities and are seeking a Packaging & Warehouse Team Member to join our team.
Packaging & Warehouse Team Member
The Packaging & Warehouse Team Member supports packaging, warehouse, and production operations while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a willingness to perform a variety of hands-on tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain quality standards throughout packaging and warehouse operations.
- Operate and monitor the Wild Goose canning line.
- Clean, fill, and prepare kegs for distribution.
- Pull, palletize, and stage orders for distribution partners.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform cellar operations and other production tasks as needed.
- Assist with startup and shutdown procedures for production and facility operations.
- Handle cleaning and sanitizing chemicals safely and in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Report to work reliably and on time.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work.
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and work safely in an active production environment.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 160 pounds.
- Ability to work schedules that vary based on production and packaging needs.
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification through company-provided training.
- Completion of Brewers Association online safety training modules, or willingness to complete them within 14 days of hire.

Compensation
Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with higher rates considered based on experience and qualifications.
This position reports to the Production Director.
