Stonecrop Wealth Advisors is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our

independent RIA firm. Our purpose is to honor God by helping our clients see the

objective, find the path, and navigate past the obstacles to a more prosperous

future. We work with approximately 300 clients. About 20% of our revenue comes

from Christian nonprofit institutions, and the rest from serving individuals and

families. Some of our distinctives include wholistic, purpose-centered financial

planning and investment models that include Biblically Responsible (BRI) portfolios.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Chester, PA, for a Financial Planning Advisor. You will take ownership of comprehensive financial planning and ongoing client

servicing, allowing the firm’s senior advisor to focus on high-level strategy, complex

cases, and firm growth. This is a hands-on client-facing role centered on delivering

exceptional financial planning—not business development or sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and present comprehensive, customized financial plans for

existing clients (retirement, cash flow, tax, estate, insurance, investment,

education, etc.).

• Co-lead and eventually lead client meetings to gather data, review plans,

explain recommendations, and implement action items.

• Perform in-depth financial analysis using eMoney planning software.

• Monitor client portfolios, rebalance recommendations, and coordinate with

custodians/investment teams.

• Collaborate with external professionals (CPAs, estate attorneys, insurance

agents, etc.) to execute holistic plans.

• Handle client service requests, portfolio reviews, and proactive planning

updates.

• Maintain accurate client records, notes, and CRM entries.

• Contribute to internal process improvements and firm-wide planning

standards.

• Stay current on tax laws, retirement rules, investment strategies, and

regulatory requirements.

Important Notes on the Role

• No new client acquisition, prospecting, or marketing responsibilities—you

will work exclusively with the firm’s established book of clients.

• You will report directly to the firm’s senior advisor.

• Expect a high volume of hands-on planning work to meaningfully reduce the

senior advisor’s workload.

• This is a full-time, in-office role (West Chester, PA).

Qualifications

4–12 years of direct financial planning or advisory experience.

• CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) designation preferred (or significant

progress toward it).

• Series 65 (or Series 7 66).

• Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM systems (we use

Wealthbox), and Microsoft Office/Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills.

• • High integrity and fiduciary mindset; experience working with high-networth or mass-affluent clients is a plus.
