StoneCrest is a private estate cleaning company serving Sarasota's most discerning homeowners, from Bird Key and Harbor Acres to St. Armands and Downtown waterfront residences. We are not a volume cleaning company. We are a professional operation built around discretion, detail, and a standard that our clients expect and our team takes pride in.
This is a part-time position with hours scaling as our client base grows.
What You'll Be Doing
- Performing detailed cleaning of private residences to the StoneCrest standard
- Following room-by-room protocols for surfaces, materials, and finishes including stone, hardwood, stainless, and glass
- Working quietly and professionally — many clients are present during service
- Conducting a proper closing walkthrough before every departure
- Maintaining absolute discretion about clients, their homes, and everything you observe

- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
- Professional presentation — you represent StoneCrest the moment you arrive on property
- Comfortable working in high-end homes with expensive finishes and personal belongings
- Trustworthy — background check required
- Previous cleaning or hospitality experience preferred but not required if you have the right mindset
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Flexible availability — schedules are built around confirmed client visits
