Responsibilities:

- Efficiently maintain the physical appearance of the apartment community
- Walk the grounds and common areas removing litter and debris from grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, and amenities
- Duties may include the use of a power washer and cleaning or vacuuming pool
- Participate in other tasks and activities as assigned including some minor maintenance
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Requirements:
- Experience in custodial including exterior grounds pickup and common area amenities, apartment community experience
- Experience in pool cleaning preferred CPO preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to regularly walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
