Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team at StoneCreek Lodge. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing outstanding customer service. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence in hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and local attractions.
- Manage front desk operations during assigned shifts, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Perform night audit duties to ensure accurate financial reporting and guest account management.
- Be familiar with current promotions, rates, and availability to ensure the capture of every sale.
- Anticipate guest needs.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area to create a welcoming environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including phone systems and reservation management.
- Assist with booking group room blocks and meeting space rentals.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times.
- Light cleaning and stocking
- Pool Testing
- Occasional light laundry / towel folding
- Drive the shuttle to and from the Missoula airport. - MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
Requirements
- Position is your choice of fulltime or parttime. Shifts include 2-3 overnight audit shifts and optional 2-3 evening shifts per week.
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Must be able to multi-task and have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and night audit processes is a plus.
