What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year paid Dental Assistant experience preferred (externships not included).
- Experience with chairside 4-handed dentistry and general DA functions.
- Knowledge & Compliance: Understanding of OSHA and HIPAA regulations with the ability to follow office, state, and dental board requirements to ensure patient safety.
- Clinical Skills:
- Ability to capture high-quality diagnostic x-rays efficiently.
- Anticipates the dentist’s needs during procedures to keep treatment timely and smooth.
- Completes accurate and compliant clinical notes.
- Patient Care & Communication:
- Excellent customer service to ensure patients feel welcome and at ease.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Personal Qualities: Motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and a self-starter with high initiative.
