What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Showing Agent – Rental Properties position at Stonebrook Properties?
Stonebrook Properties is looking for a reliable, dependable person to assist with rental property showings during the afternoons.
Schedule: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
Pay: $20/hour $5/hour gas stipend
Showings: Typically 2–3 per day maximum
The role is straightforward: you’ll travel to our available rental properties, meet prospective tenants, unlock and open the property for their self-guided showing, and make sure the home is secured afterward.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has reliable transportation
- Is dependable and punctual
- Is comfortable driving between rental properties
- Communicates professionally with prospective tenants
- Can follow a schedule and basic showing instructions
This is a great part-time opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income with consistent afternoon hours and a relatively simple workload.
