Role Description This full-time, on-site Exterior Construction Team Member role is based in Colorado, United States. Daily responsibilities include assisting with installation, repair, and replacement of various roofing and exterior systems on commercial and residential properties. Team members help prepare job sites, load and unload materials, set up safety equipment, and maintain a clean and organized work area. The role involves working with hand and power tools, following project plans and supervisor instructions, and supporting multiple trades as part of complete building envelope solutions. The position requires consistent adherence to safety standards, collaboration with crew members, and professional interaction with clients and site personnel.
Qualifications

• Experience in exterior construction or roofing (e.g., asphalt shingles, cedar shakes, metal, slate, tile, or synthetic systems).
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and fall protection equipment.
• Basic understanding of construction measurements, blueprints or work orders, and job site preparation.
• Physical ability to work at heights, lift materials, and perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety practices and willingness to follow all company and regulatory safety guidelines.
• Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a coordinated crew.
• Clear communication skills and professional conduct when interacting with clients and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in Colorado.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior construction or roofing experience preferred but not required for motivated candidates willing to learn.
