Job Summary: A Food Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to customers, ensuring timely and accurate service while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Delivery: Efficiently transport food and drinks from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring that orders are delivered accurately and promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Order Accuracy: Double-check orders before serving to guarantee that the correct items are delivered to the right tables, minimizing errors.
• Assisting Waitstaff: Support servers by refilling drinks, bringing extra utensils, and clearing tables to maintain a smooth workflow during busy periods.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the dining area and service stations clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between the front of house and kitchen staff, relaying any special requests or modifications to ensure customer preferences are met.
• Monitoring Guest Needs: Observe guests’ needs and proactively address them, such as refilling water glasses or providing additional condiments.
