The purpose of an Food runner is to coordinate and expedite the delivery of food to the guest in a friendly, courteous, efficient manner at all times resulting in a high level of guest satisfaction.

- Have a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation.
- Retrieve and deliver food orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure quality of food being delivered is in accordance to standards.
- Perform side work and any other duties as requested by supervisor.
- Communicate any guest needs to the server.
- Maintains regular attendance, is consistently on time, and observes prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards.
- Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.
- Performs any other duties as requested by supervisor.
