Role Description

We are seeking a full-time First Impressions Representative to join our team on-site in Grand Island, NE. In this role, you will serve as the welcoming face of the company, greeting clients and visitors warmly, managing front desk operations, and handling correspondence. Responsibilities also include answering calls, maintaining a professional and organized office environment, scheduling appointments, assisting with event coordination, and addressing inquiries with a focus on exceptional customer service. The First Impressions Representative plays a vital role in fostering a positive client experience while supporting the team in daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and customer service skills
• Administrative and organizational abilities, including scheduling and task prioritization
• Proficiency in office software and basic technical tools
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor
• Time management skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Prior experience in a client-facing or administrative role is a plus
