Role Description

Stonebridge Wealth Systems is seeking a full-time First Impressions Representative to join our team on-site in Grand Island, Nebraska.

This is more than a front desk role—it is a key professional and administrative position that helps shape the client experience while supporting the organization and daily operations of our office. We are looking for someone who is career-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering a polished, professional experience for both clients and team members.

As the welcoming face and first point of contact for Stonebridge, the First Impressions Representative greets clients and visitors, answers and directs incoming calls, handles correspondence, and helps maintain a professional and organized office environment. Calendar management and appointment scheduling are significant responsibilities of this position, requiring exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and the ability to anticipate needs and keep multiple schedules and priorities organized.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating office activities, assisting with client and company events, responding to client inquiries, supporting administrative needs across the team, and helping ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently each day.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and customer service skills
• Administrative and organizational abilities, including scheduling and task prioritization
• Proficiency in office software and basic technical tools
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor
• Time management skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Prior experience in a client-facing or administrative role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is an advantage
• Familiarity with the financial planning or professional services industry is beneficial
