Position Overview
Stonebridge Outdoor is seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with solid landscaping experience who can take ownership of their work, manage tasks independently, and help maintain high standards across our clients’ properties.
This position is a step above a general labor role and is well suited for someone who has experience in landscape maintenance and is comfortable interacting professionally with clients when needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging
- Maintain landscape beds including weeding, pruning, and debris removal
- Operate landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Assist with seasonal services such as mulching, leaf removal, and property cleanups
- Communicate professionally with clients when necessary while working on-site
- Follow company standards and safety procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a team while also managing assigned tasks independently
- Help ensure properties consistently meet Stonebridge Outdoors’s quality standards
Qualifications
- 2 years of landscaping or outdoor maintenance experience required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Experience interacting professionally with customers is a plus
- Applicator’s license
- Irrigation experience
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
