Full-Time Night Shift

6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• 12-hour shifts

• $3.00/hour Night Shift Differential

• $2.00/hour Weekend Differential

Competitive Nurse Pay

Registered Nurse (RN)

$32.00–$34.00/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

$28.00–$30.00/hour

Plus:

• $0.10/hour for each verified year of nursing experience, up to 20 years

• $3.00/hour Night Shift Differential

• $2.00/hour Weekend Differential

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Annual performance evaluation with the opportunity for a merit-based pay increase

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care

• Administer medications and treatments

• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Supervise and support CNAs

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team

• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety

• Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal requirements

What We're Looking For

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing

• Strong clinical and assessment skills

• Dependable and team-oriented

• Excellent communication skills

• Compassionate and resident-focused

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
