Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Repack Fulfillment Specialist to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently reassembling, repacking, and preparing products for shipment to ensure timely order fulfillment. Your expertise in warehouse operations, heavy equipment handling, and inventory management will be crucial in maintaining smooth distribution processes. Duties
- Repack, assemble, and prepare products according to quality standards and shipping requirements
- Use barcode scanners and RF (radio frequency) scanners to accurately track inventory movements and update warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Conduct order picking and packing with precision to meet customer specifications and delivery deadlines
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and updates within inventory management systems
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures during all warehouse operations, including heavy lifting, manual handling, and equipment operation
Skills
- Skilled in order fulfillment processes including picking, packing, shipping & receiving, and quality control checks
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, and packaging requirements
- Excellent understanding of safety protocols related to warehouse distribution, heavy equipment operation, and manual handling
- Experience with barcode scanning for logistics accuracy and tracking shipments
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards
