Position Summary: Stonebridge Communities, LLC is seeking an experienced goal oriented, out-going, independent, and self-motivated Community Manager with an aptitude for sales, team building, customer service and follow through to join a professional and friendly work environment.
Responsibilities:
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and success of the community, including:
- Supervise and monitor daily property operations
- Improve and maintain high occupancy rates
- Manage all leasing and administrative operations
- Hire and supervise all on-site leasing and maintenance staff
- Ensuring compliance with all Fair Housing laws, employment standards and safety guidelines
- Hold exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Accomplish set financial objectives
- Improve, maintain curb appeal and property appearance
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
2 to 3 years of work experience in multifamily property management
Strong supervisory, sales and leasing skills
Proficiency with Yardi and Tax Credit software
Availability to work on evenings and weekends
Preferred but not required: experience with market rate leasing, problem solving, negotiation, attention to detail, budgeting and expense control.
Salary Range:
Up to $88,000 depending on qualifications and experience
