Many are referred through Child Protective Services (CPS) and the foster care system, as well as juvenile detention programs. - Hybrid schedule: Full-time psychologists are required to be in-office a minimum of two days per week for client appointments; report writing may be completed remotely the remainder of the week.
- Clear productivity structure: Monthly baseline report requirement with additional compensation for every report completed above the baseline.
- Competitive earnings: $120,000–$200,000 annually once licensed.
- Administrative efficiency: Full administrative support, including insurance verification, scheduling, and intake coordination.

- Licensed (or license-eligible) Psychologist in Texas
