While training to become a District Manager for a period of at least a few months, the successful candidate will manage one of our local stores. Responsibilities will include providing "hands-on" overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meets or exceeds company goals, while ensuring an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.
Following the assignment as a District Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operations and results of all stores within an assigned territory. This position directly supervises Store Managers and works closely with them to hire, train, motivate, provide safety guidance, and to direct all the team members of the District to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meets or exceeds company goals. Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred, but not required. A current and valid driver's license is required. Please see the attached job description for specific details.
