The successful candidate will be responsible for the operations and results of all stores within an assigned territory. This position directly supervises Store Managers and works closely with them to hire, train, motivate, provide safety guidance, and to direct all the team members of the District to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meets or exceeds company goals.
