Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Construction Crew Lead / Foreman to join our team.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on construction experience and will be able to work independently, keep the crew on task and step up to lead a job when the owner isnt on site.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and working alongside a small Team
- Keeping the crew on task and making sure work gets done.
- Working on Full construction and remodeling projects.
- Helping with decks, framing, roofing, drywall, repairs, and other general construction
- Reading measurements and understanding the job you're working on
- Communicating with the owner about progress, materials and any problems
What we're looking for:
- Someone who genuinely knows what they're doing
- Reliable and shows up ready to work
- Able to work without someone constantly standing over you giving instructions.
- Comfortable taking charge and keeping others on task.
- Leadership or Crew-Lead experience is a plus
The biggest thing: We need someone we can trust to get on a job, know what needs to be done, and get it done without being told and watched over.

We are a small, locally owned construction company that takes on a variety of construction and improvement projects, including decks, roofing, handrails, drywall. concrete work, framing, bathroom remodels, exterior repairs, and other improvement projects.

Pay based on Experience
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
