The Banquet Captain plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of events and banquets within our establishment. This position is responsible for leading the banquet team, coordinating service activities, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Duties

• Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring all arrangements meet client specifications.
• Lead and manage the banquet staff during events, providing direction and support to ensure efficient service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage any financial aspects related to the event.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and motivation.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
• Conduct pre-event briefings with staff to outline expectations and service details.
