Job Summary: LATE NIGHT WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
Event breakdown is the final step in delivering a successful Stoneblossom event. All team members are expected to work efficiently, maintain professionalism, and ensure that all equipment, vehicles, and materials are returned properly. At the end of the wedding, you will return with the breakdown team for a late night strike, and will be responsible for retrieving any company property, removing any fresh florals/greenery, and cleaning up any related messes at the venue.
This position is a flat rate per job of $150.
Duties/Responsibilities:
All team members are responsible for following breakdown procedures, respecting venue rules, and ensuring that vehicles, equipment, and the studio are left clean and organized.
Attention to detail during breakdown is essential to maintaining Stoneblossom’s standards.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor at all times.
- Ability to carefully and professionally handle and organize inventory.
- Team members must arrive in proper uniform (provided by Stoneblossom)
- Before arriving on site, all breakdown team members must review the breakdown notes for the event they are assigned to.
- All team members are expected to arrive on site prepared and informed.
- Employees must conduct themselves in a calm and professional manner while on site.
- All venue rules must be respected.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Former experience driving UHauls & Box Trucks preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to climb a ladder and work with your arms above your head.
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Ability to be on your feet for up to 5 hours.
Pay: From $150.00 per day
