Local Truck Driver

HOME EVERY NIGHT! NO ELD's- 100 air mile radius!!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Transporting containers to and from ports in Seattle/Tacoma area
• Transport flatbed loads within approx. a 100 mile radius
• Drivers are responsible for conducting pre/post trip inspections
• Responsible for vehicle’s equipment and reporting repair needs
• Responsible for truck’s interior cleanliness; inspected weekly
• Ensure all aspects of vehicle operation are done according to proper safety procedure
• May be required to use various hand tools and power tools
• Must be Adaptable, Reliable, Detail Oriented, Safety minded

Qualifications:

• Possess a Class A CDL
• Possess a TWIC Card (or eligible to get one)
• Possess a current Medical Card
• Possess a safe driving record
• Over the age of 21, Interstate driving
• Pass a background check
• Pass a pre-employment DOT Drug Screen

Physical Demands:

• Required to sit for long periods of time
• Ability to lift move, maneuver up to 50 lbs
• Required to bend, reach, twist, grasp on a regular basis'

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year

• Commercial Driving: 1 year (Preferred)
