Chauffer/Warehouse

• Responsible for handling, loading, unloading, delivering Granite/Stone, Quartz, Porcelain Slabs, tiles, adequate training will be provided
• Chauffer's license needed with Valid DOT to drive the truck for slab deliveries when needed, warehouse work will be given when no deliveries.
• Assist sales associates and visiting customers by moving the slabs in the warehouse when needed.
• Assure for the quantity and quality of the outgoing orders
• Pull slabs from the warehouse from the slab orders provided
• Move slabs to loading areas by using overhead cranes
• Load slabs on trucks
• Ensure that product is well secured on vehicle/truck and takes all necessary safety measures
• Unload slabs from containers using forklifts
• Arrange slabs properly by forklift/crane/mobile crane in Slab Warehouse
• Responsible for maintaining the slab warehouse clean and safe for staff and customers
• Performs additional duties as required and or requested.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• High School Education.
• Able to work 2 Saturdays per month.
• Works harmoniously on a team.
• Able to read Bill of Lading/Packing sheets.
