Stone Warehouse USA is one of the largest suppliers of natural and engineered stone in Florida and Michigan, with multiple locations and continued growth. We are renowned for our high-quality and unique selection of granite, marble, quartzite, and porcelain slabs.
We are the exclusive distributor of Quantum Quartz, an engineered stone produced with the finest materials, and Lapitec, a sintered stone made from a matrix of minerals heated to form a solid, impenetrable surface. For over 18 years, we have sourced premium slabs from Italy, Brazil, India, and Asia.
In addition to slabs, we offer a wide range of products including tile and backsplash materials to complement both new and existing countertops.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, driving sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industry, along with proven sales and warehouse management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the branch, including showroom and warehouse
- Lead, train, and manage staff to ensure high performance and accountability
- Drive sales growth and build strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Monitor inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the stone, construction materials, or related industry required
- Strong sales experience with a proven track record
- Experience managing warehouse operations and inventory
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability 9am to 2pm every other weekend at the store 33634.
