Stone Spirit is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and welcoming customer service
- Assist customers with selecting crystals, jewelry, gifts, and other products
- Learn about our crystals and confidently help customers find stones that fit their interests and needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk
- Restock and organize merchandise
- Operate the POS system and process transactions
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Open and close the protective tarps on each shelf as part of the daily opening and closing routine
- Maintain the overall presentation and cleanliness of the kiosk
- Follow Stone Spirit's customer service and workplace standards
- Be responsible, punctual, and dependable
Crystal Knowledge & Training
No previous crystal knowledge is required! We provide training to teach you about our crystals, their names, meanings, healing properties, jewelry, and other products.
As you gain experience, you will be expected to learn and recognize the names of our crystals and understand their commonly associated healing properties so you can confidently assist and educate our customers.

Position: Part-Time Sales Associate
Location: Stone Spirit, King of Prussia Mall
