This is NOT a seasonal job, we are seeking Full-Time personel.

We are seeking a customer-oriented and results-driven Sales Consultant. Our Sales Team sells with a consultative approach and are committed to creating a great buying AND ownership experience for our clientele.

Responsibilities:
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Be the expert. Know the in’s & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Build relationships. You are responsible for creating customers for life
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations
- Work all leads to ensure maximum performance
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
What is expected?
Have a great attitude and be prepared to succeed. A positive attitude is the most important ingredient for your success. We work Monday through Saturday and take a weekday and Sunday off every week.
We have a full-time sales manager to assist with your sales process and a very hands-on General Manager to guide your path to success!
Please, don't misunderstand us, there is very real work involved. Nothing great ever comes without effort. We require that you listen closely, be coach-able, be able to follow a process, spend several hours a day working to create new business, and work.
The great news is that if you can follow our process, and work hard, you will earn and be rewarded!
Qualifications:
- Available to work evenings & weekends
- Previous sales experience desired but not required
- Drive for financial rewards
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Clean driving record
