Stone Rose Solutions is looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is a fully office-based position. The Inside Sales Representative will not visit job sites or perform in-home estimates. The field estimator will provide all project measurements and job details, and the Inside Sales Representative will prepare proposals, negotiate with customers, and close sales remotely.
Responsibilities
- Review project measurements and information provided by the field estimator
- Prepare accurate proposals using the company estimating system
- Present proposals to customers by phone, text message, and email
- Negotiate pricing and close sales remotely
- Answer customer questions regarding products, services, and project details
- Follow up with customers to convert proposals into signed projects
- Update customer information, proposals, and sales activities in the company CRM
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and sales progress
- Coordinate with the estimator and operations team to ensure a smooth sales process
- Meet individual sales and closing goals
Requirements
- Previous sales experience required
- Experience in the construction or home improvement industry required
- Knowledge of pavers, hardscaping, landscaping, sealing, outdoor living projects, or similar services
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the day
- Comfortable negotiating and closing sales remotely
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM and estimating software
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple sales opportunities
Language Requirements
- Fluent English required
- Portuguese and/or Spanish is a strong plus
Compensation
- Base salary plus commission
- Full-time position
