Entry-Level Financial Services Representative

We are seeking an experienced financial advisor to assist clients in designing and implementing strategies to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or finance, a proven track record of creating successful and long-term advising relationships, and excellent communication skills. Candidates may be eligible for:

Occasional in-office presence is required so candidates must live in South Carolina (or be planning to relocate) to be considered. We do not offer visa sponsorship.

Compensation:

$80,000 at plan earnings


Responsibilities:
  • Aid clients in implementing financial recommendations such as savings plans, life insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products
  • Synthesize and present financial recommendations and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
  • Gather each client’s financial information to determine financial status, cash flow, financial goals, and financial expectations
  • Design customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree a must, sales experience and/or financial internships a plus
  • A business mindset: You are motivated by the chance to help prospective clients while focusing on personal growth
  • You are personable and caring, with a natural ability to connect and communicate with others
  • Enthusiastic, high energy, and positive attitude
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, learning agility, and ability to work autonomously
  • Honesty, integrity, & ethics: you can be trusted to do the right thing for clients and for the team
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner who is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
