Max Burger, located in West Hartford, CT, is seeking a Part Time Busser with availability to work 2-3 to nights a week and Saturdays to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables quickly to ensure timely turnover for guests

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room and service areas

• Assist servers with water, bread, and food service as needed

• Help set up and break down service stations, and ensure they are fully stocked

• Work with servers, kitchen, and front-of-house teams to provide an efficient service

• Contribute to creating a fun, engaging atmosphere for our guests

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Busser or in a support role in a restaurant setting is preferred

• Familiarity with high-volume, casual dining environments

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting

Skills and Qualities:

• Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy environment

• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

• High attention to cleanliness and detail

• Evening availability Saturdays, and holidays
