Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in San Antonio, TX. The BCBA will design, implement, and assess behavior intervention plans, supervise registered behavior technicians (RBTs), and provide guidance and training to caregivers. Regular tasks include conducting assessments, analyzing behavioral data, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective therapy outcomes. The BCBA will also support the development of behavior management strategies and provide parent education.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Skilled in Behavior Management and conducting behavior assessments
- Experience in guiding Parent Education and collaborating with families
- Strong foundation in Psychology and child development
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team and on-site
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working in pediatric or clinical settings is a plus
