Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service is provided to guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Create and maintain menus that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels.
- Train and supervise staff in food handling, bartending, and service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and ensure seamless operations.
- Handle member inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the food industry or food service management role.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
