Job Description
Stone Mill Bread and Flour Company is a growing business, with retail restaurant locations in Fayetteville and Bentonville, Arkansas. A large part of our business is wholesale bread, which we deliver to grocery stores and restaurants throughout northwest Arkansas.
We’re looking for positive, diligent workers to join our team. Bakery experience is not required for any of Stone Mill’s positions. We prefer to train and develop from within. Full and part time positions are available.
Responsibilities:
- Running a cash register and interacting with customers
- Answering the phones and taking customer orders
- Cleaning the front tables and straightening the retail shelves
- Maintaining a clean work environment and providing excellent service
Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- High school education or equivalent
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to work hard!

Salary: $7-8 /hour Tips

Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
