Stone Specialist – Inside Sales

Compensation

$44,000 – $120,000 per year (base commissions)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Stone Sales Specialist to join our growing team at Stone Mall. This role focuses on building new client relationships, managing inbound and outbound sales efforts, and supporting long-term customer growth within the stone industry.

The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive outbound and inbound sales efforts
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, designers, and retail clients.
• Qualify leads and assess customer needs to recommend tailored product solutions.
• Present pricing, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms while protecting margins
• Track customer interactions, pipeline activity, and sales performance using Stone Profit Systems.
• Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Deliver a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence negotiating pricing and closing deals
• Ability to identify customer needs and offer strategic solutions
• Highly organized and comfortable working with CRM or sales software
• Knowledge of the stone or construction industry is a plus
• Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
