Stone Mall USA is a South Florida wholesaler and distributor of premium natural and artificial stone, including granite, marble, quartzite, travertine, dolomite, quartz and porcelain. From our Deerfield Beach showroom and warehouse, we serve designers, fabricators, contractors, builders and homeowners across South Florida.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Analyst to manage daily social content, grow our audience, support CRM and trade marketing efforts, and help turn online engagement into showroom visits, qualified leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities

· Create daily photo, video, Reels and TikTok content for our slabs, showroom and finished project inspiration.

· Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook and other social channels.

· Capture and nurture leads through CRM/internal systems.

· Create email and WhatsApp campaigns for past buyers, prospects and trade accounts.

· Support marketing to designers, fabricators, contractors and builders.

· Assist with events, showroom activations, promotions, follow-up, reviews and simple performance reports.

Qualifications

· 3–5 years of experience in marketing, social media or content creation.

· Strong skills in Canva, AI tools, Photoshop, CapCut or similar platforms.

· Strong visual eye and ability to create premium, on-brand content.

· Comfortable tracking results and improving campaigns based on performance.

· English: Advanced/Fluent

Spanish: Intermediate or higher

Portuguese: Optional (may be considered in place of Spanish)

· Organized, proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven.

Additional Qualifications

· Experience in stone, countertops, interior design, construction, home improvement or luxury retail.

· Email/CRM marketing experience, such as Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar.

· Basic Meta Ads or paid social experience.

Schedule & Location

On-site in Deerfield Beach, FL. Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays for events.
