Key Responsibilities:
- Manage or support insurance defense cases from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Conduct or assist with depositions and hearings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and claims professionals
- Contribute to trial prep and strategy
- (For senior candidates) Supervise and mentor associates and support staff
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in Nevada
- Insurance defense experience required
- Background in trucking/transportation law is a plus
- 4–10 years of litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, organization, and communication skills
- First-chair trial experience preferred for senior applicants
- Ability to work independently and within a hybrid/remote team
- Mid-Level Associates (4–7 yrs): Hybrid (2 days/week) or fully remote
- Senior Associates (7 yrs): Hybrid (2–3 days/week) or fully remote
- Partners (10 yrs): Hybrid (2–3 days/week) or fully remote
