Personal Lines Account Manager is a vital position within the Stone Insurance Agency. You will be responsible for managing the relationship between our producers, customers, and the insurance carrier. You will be working in a friendly, dynamic, customer focused, environment that requires, insight, expertise, and personal investment. You will have an opportunity to work as a member of a team that, collectively, represents the most well established and respected agency on the gulf coast. Account Managers develop business organically, write new business, and work to retain existing accounts. A Personal Lines Account Manager is people-focused, self-motivated, and a creative problem solver.
Qualifications:
Must possess a current Louisiana Property and Casualty License
AMS360 Experience a MUST
2 to 3 years of Independent Insurance experience
Strong technical knowledge of personal lines coverage & rating
Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing the relationship between our customer and their insurance carrier
You will be working in a friendly, dynamic, customer focused, environment that requires, insight, expertise, and personal investment
Account Managers develop business organically, write new business, and work to retain existing accounts
Responsible for gathering the information and risk management recommendations for the renewal of designated accounts
Complete binders and/or policy or endorsement requests
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through personalized service and attention to detail
Assist clients in obtaining quotes for new policies and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverage
Receive phone calls and office visits from clients requesting quotes, changes to existing policies, and/or new policies
Work closely with underwriters, carriers, and other team members to meet client needs and resolve issues
