We’re hiring a Financial Paraplanner to join our Clarks Summit team. You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) clients interact with—whether that’s greeting them in person, answering calls, or helping them schedule appointments. You’ll also play a key role behind the scenes, keeping the office organized, managing client files, and supporting our advisors with the systems and processes that keep everything running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with both our Clarks Summit and Tunkhannock teams, get comfortable with a variety of software systems, and support special projects throughout the year. Full training is provided.

- Manage appointments, calls, and client communications
- Enter data, process forms, and handle paperwork accurately
- Support our advisors with paraplanning services, account management, documents, and client service tasks
- Pitch in on seasonal projects (tax prep, RMD’s, events, etc.)
- Help keep the office running like clockwork
What We’re Looking For
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- A great communicator who enjoys working with people
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems
- Flexible during busy seasons (spring and fall) when extra hours may be needed
- Prior office management or admin experience preferred
- Series 65 License preferred
Perks & Benefits
- Competitive pay bonus opportunities
- 18 paid days off per year (vacation, sick, personal)
- Retirement plan with 3% match
- Potential for healthcare reimbursement
- Opportunities for advancement in finance, insurance, and accounting
- A supportive, team-first culture where your work matters
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional extra hours during busy seasons)
If you’re ready to join an energetic, supportive team and grow your career in an expanding company, we’d love to hear from you.
