What are the responsibilities and job description for the Art Company Detailing/Surface Preparation Team - Day Shift position at Stone Horses?

We are looking for someone detail-oriented who is willing to learn and grow with our company! In this role you will smooth seam lines and prepare stunning, 3D works of equine art in a production-oriented setting. Previous knowledge is not necessary as we will provide on the job training.
Responsibilities:
- Use of dremels, other rotary filing tools, acetone, sanding blocks, and other techniques to prepare detail-oriented sculptures for painting
- Use of techniques to prep efficiently while maintaining a high artistic standard and attention to detail
- Review the work of plastic injection mold process
- Work closely with a team, giving and receiving daily continual feedback to ensure team success
- Work shift 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday - Friday. Overtime, a switch to four ten-hour shifts, and other schedule flexibility is on the table after the initial 90 day probationary period and training is completed
Qualifications:
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about horses (a good eye for equine anatomy is helpful for this position)
- Knowledge or willingness to learn use of a dremel tool to add detail to plastic models
