Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines remote support with occasional on-site assistance. You will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting end-users across various environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, connectivity, and user problems
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
• Monitor system performance and ensure security best practices
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding employees (setup accounts, devices)
• Document technical issues and resolutions
• Support cloud-based systems and remote environments

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection for remote work

Preferred Qualifications

• IT certifications (CompTIA A , Network , or similar)
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
