The team is comprised of professionals from leadership roles in private markets, hedge funds, commodity trading, and operational management across institutional asset management and global energy firms.
Opportunity:
SGG is seeking an Investment Analyst/Associate to work directly with the Director of Investments and CIO in sourcing and investment underwriting.
Stone Garden has a strong focus on private market investing, with an initial emphasis on applying a data focused approach to fund investments, co-investments, GP Stakes, and secondary investments. SGG will also maintain the flexibility to pursue opportunistic direct and public market investments as opportunities arise.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with managing incoming deal pipeline
- Support underwriting efforts, industry research, and benchmarking analysis
- Draft preliminary investment memos and IC memos for team review
- Active contribution to internal discussions on investment themes and opportunities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential opportunities
