We have multiple lines of business focused on residential and light commercial construction. We need your help to complete the projects and grow the company, are you ready?
Job duties include:
· Managing field and office staff schedules and resources
· Creating and managing a big picture schedule of construction
· Reviewing contractor bids and invoices
· Managing dot transportation and safety committee
· Scheduling manpower and contractors to efficiently complete projects
· Finding ways to complete more projects in less time
· Finding ways to produce a better-quality job
· Creating strategies to complete more projects with less call backs and time
· Oversee purchasing and warehousing
Job Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years’ experience managing teams in a busy environment
· Associates degree in construction management, and or business management
· 3 character references
Pay is $60,000 to $70,000 per year with additional quarterly bonus opportunities. You will receive paid holidays, paid vacation, health, eye and dental insurance and an exceptional environment to grow in. Thank you.
