What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Worker Labor position at STONE CREEK FARM?
The employer will furnish, without charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required in the performance of the specified work. Workers will be charged for any willful damage or loss of such tools and equipment.
Hay & Straw:
Workers may assist in the planting/sewing of the fields.
Workers may assist in the cultivating of the crops & fields.
Workers may cut and bale hay, straw with equipment.
Workers may load and unload bales onto trucks or wagons.
Workers may load bales in barns for storage.
Workers may load trucks for shipping.
Workers may prepare fields for next crop.
Other Related Duties:
Workers may chop weeds from between plants with a hoe.
Workers may clean, repair, and prepare equipment, fields, barns & sheds for storage of
crops.4 Workers may move bales from place to place, by hand or equipment.
